Help me clean out my studio! Paintings discounted up to 45% off for a limited time
Hi all, I’m doing some spring cleaning in my studio to make space for new work and would love to find some homes for some of these paintings. I’ve discounted most of them 40-45% off and these prices will only be available for a week from 6/9 - 6/16. Below are some details on how it all works :)

How it works:
To inquire about a piece, email me at jocelyntsaih@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram @jocelyntsaih to let me know which one you’re interested in.
I’m happy to send additional photos or answer any questions.
To secure a piece, I’ll ask for a small deposit which will go towards your total. Once all the shipping details have been communicated, I’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid upon receipt.
Shipping:
Shipping prices will be calculated separately - if you’d like an estimate for shipping please include your city and zip code in your message. Shipping is typically under $100 unless it’s a larger painting.
Pickup is available from my studio in Greenpoint.
Certificate of Authenticity:
Each painting will come with its own certificate.
Some of the work is many years old, like the paintings above and below. I’m hoping that they’ll find good collectors and homes instead of collecting dust in my studio.
I’m also really hoping to find new homes for my sculptural wood paintings that were made in 2024. I’ve had two full years to admire them but it’s time for them to live on their own.
The wood pieces were made in collaboration with another artist which means there were higher expenses for these. I feel that it was definitely worth the investment because I loved experimenting with a new medium and it really expanded my thinking. The only thing is that I have to factor in the cost to make them when pricing these.
I’m actually pretty surprised I haven’t sold any of these yet, but maybe this will be their moment!
Thank you to all the collectors that have purchased something from me (even if it’s just a sticker - you are a collector too) and everyone that’s been supporting and following along from near and far.
Moving some of these paintings out of my studio will allow for more new work especially as I’m prepping for a couple of upcoming group shows. There’s one opening next week in Brooklyn (details below) and one opening mid-August in Manhattan - lookout for my next newsletter for more info on that one!
Upcoming Group Exhibition
Around Here: June 17 - July 1, Greenpoint
Around Here brings together sixteen artists whose practices exist in close proximity. Through painting, sculpture, and design, the exhibition offers a snapshot of a local creative ecosystem - where distinct approaches sit alongside one another, shaped by shared space and everyday exchange.
In a city as expansive and fragmented as New York, the exhibition intends to inspire a moment of pause: a closer look at the fabric of a neighborhood and the artists who give it form. At its core, Around Here considers how culture is built through proximity, and what emerges when artists work in relation rather than in isolation.
The opening reception is on June 17, 6-9PM, at 42 West Street, Greenpoint. The show will be appointment only afterwards.
Unfortunately I’ll be out of town for the opening but please go and support my Greenpoint friends if you’re around!
